Hot air balloon flights depend on safe weather and aviation conditions. If Grand Balloon Luxor or the operating team cancels due to wind, visibility, weather, or safety restrictions, guests may be offered rescheduling or refund options according to the booking status.

Safety Policy

Passenger safety is the first priority. Guests must follow pilot and crew instructions, attend the safety briefing, provide accurate passenger details, and respect age, height, health, and weight guidance before flying.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

When rescheduling is possible, Grand Balloon Luxor will help move the flight to the next suitable date. Refund eligibility depends on confirmation status, cancellation timing, weather conditions, and any third-party operational costs already committed.
